ABOUT

OVER 100 YEARS OLD AND STILL MAKING HISTORY…
Sundridge Park Tennis, Padel & Squash Club is steeped in history, originating from a plot of former farmland purchased from Sir Samuel Edward Scott, owner of the 588-acre Sundridge Park estate, in the late 1800s. The club was established in 1908 as Sundridge Park Lawn Tennis & Croquet Club, at a time when lawn tennis was flourishing as a competitive sport.
Squash became part of the club’s offerings in 1936 with the construction of two courts, followed by a third in 1967. The clubhouse, central to the club’s vibrant atmosphere, was redesigned and rebuilt in 1971 by Clive Button, an architect and prominent committee member.
Today, Sundridge Park boasts unrivaled facilities, including 7 floodlit clay courts, 4 hard courts, 3 floodlit Tiger Turf courts, 4 squash courts, and 3 padel courts—the first of their kind in Kent. With its rich history and state-of-the-art amenities, Sundridge Park continues to be a premier destination for racquet sports enthusiasts.
